I’m ready to get started, what’s the first step?

Fill out our Project Request Form CLICK HERE you will then receive a contract that must be signed.

How does payment work?

You will receive an invoice for the total amount. We require a 50% down payment on your project total to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.

What is expected from me (The Client)?

The client must submit ALL required content needed to start the project, this Includes:

All written content ie. Welcome paragraphs, bios, product description policies, etc.
Submitting High-Quality professional Images (If stock photos are needed please let us know)
The client must purchase and provide the Domain name (we recommend using GoDaddy) with the login information and purchase the web builder plan from the WIX platform)

We expect our clients to stay in full communication with us throughout the entire creative process. We ask that our clients be prepared and ready to submit any documents, images or content that is needed to execute the design.

What is the turnaround time for web design?

Timelines are general layouts and can be adjusted by clients' approval speed.

What is a revision round?

A revision round is any single list of constructive feedback, revisions, or changes following a presentation. In the rare case that you might want additional revision rounds, we will add a prorated charge to your invoice
